The Unwanted Beverage

When one is heading into the direction of the opposing bench, one immediately begins to ponder what type of reception they are going to receive. Typically, the hockey folk are welcoming individuals and always accepting of opposing players into their area. Generally, opposing players are met with pleasant interactions and a warm welcome. However, if you do find yourself being inadvertently sent into an opposing bench it’s usually a good idea to attempt to exit the area as soon as possible. Sometimes, depending on how the game is progressing, you may receive a shot or two of cold water and believe me when I say… it’s not because you look parched.

**DISCLAIMER** HAVEFUN Hockey does not encourage any player to enter an opposing bench. If you find yourself in this area and are met with an unwanted beverage, we recommend accepting the refreshment, exiting immediately and get back to more familiar territory.
